Lisa Wesley is the blonde in question in this 1993 production from Avatar Video. In story one she's left taped up in her hotel room by a bellboy/burglar. In story two she's captured by a male office worker as she tries to gather evidence to expose a corrupt corporation. She's bound and gagged all over the office while she awaits her fate!
