When Lira Ross decides it's time to take off a couple of pounds she heads for Chelsea's Clinic. Chelsea has an unusual method for encouraging weight loss, though. To prevent Lira from stuffing her face she keeps her tied to chairs! (It's adorable to watch her wriggle and scoot her way towards the cookies and chips Chelsea keeps leaving around.) For exercise Chelsea makes arm-bound Lira carry small items up and down the stairs. When Lira doesn't quite "measure up" Chelsea laces her into a strict corset and hogties her!
