Going out to collect his mail, Jay finds a card from gorgeous Cheyenne Tyler saying she wants to "take him up on his offer". Hmmm, now what can she mean by that? We soon find the dark-skinned beauty chained and cuffed, nude and standing in Jay's front window. Okay, we get it now.
